This semester I will be taking two education classes: foundations of early childhood education and pedagogy of science, and two intercultural studies classes: intro to missiology and cross cultural living and ministry.
For the first time of my college life I love my schedule and the classes I am taking! Finally I'm done with all the classes I have to take and I am taking the classes I am passionate about and will prepare me for my future. Many of my high school peers are starting their career jobs today or last semester of college, and for once I am not jealous. I'm excited for them and the new adventure God has for them. I'm excited to see what God will teach them and what He will teach me this semester. I've come a long way, but I still have so much more to learn and grow. Praise God that he hasn't given up on me or left me the way I was in high school! He wants me to be all who he has created me to be!
Wherever you are in life right now whether it's a new school, second year, last year, or a parent sending your kids off into the world, getting a new class of students, a new teacher or a student teacher, know that God has great plans for you this semester! His plans are always best even when we don't see it right at first. Trust him with your plans and in your understanding and knowledge. He will help you make decisions and give you patience, energy, time, endurance, perseverance, wisdom, and love when you need it. Trust him with your heart and have a GREAT semester! 💖
"Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on YOUR understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight." -Proverbs 3:5-6
